A clear path to help you understand your body, decode your symptoms, and finally start working with your body instead of guessing at it.

Through all of it, I’ve seen the same truth again and again: symptoms aren’t just annoyances to be pushed through or muted with caffeine or painkillers. They’re valuable signals and one of the key ways our bodies communicate with us.
That belief is also what led me to found Byrch, my clean scalp and skin wellness line because skin and hair are often some of the first places women notice changes. Whether I’m building a product or teaching a course, everything I create starts from the same place: listen first, then support.
There’s nothing more frustrating than knowing something is off and having no idea what your body is trying to say. And here’s the kicker: nobody ever taught us. We spent twelve-plus years in school learning the state capitals, calculus, the various parts of a cell, but we never got the owner’s manual for the one body we’ll use every single day. Kind of ridiculous, right?
And this gap costs us. It’s exactly why so many smart, capable women end up spending years — and let’s be real, thousands of dollars — on guesswork. The elimination diet. The supplement that worked for a friend. The protocol from that podcast.
So that’s what I’m here to do. Everything I create, every course, every guide, every lesson, is that missing class. Real education in how your body works, taught the way I wish someone had taught me: in plain language, with everyday examples, one doable step at a time. Because when you understand what’s happening inside your body, you’re no longer at the mercy of your symptoms. You get to see them coming, understand what they’re telling you, and know what to do about them. Because a woman who understands her body is able to start working with it, instead of guessing at it. And maybe most importantly, she’s able to start trusting her own body again, too.

Your symptoms — the fatigue, the bloating, the breakouts, the rough premenstrual week — can reflect downstream consequences of a handful of upstream foundations, things like how well you're digesting, how steady your blood sugar is, how you're sleeping and managing stress, and more. When a foundation wobbles, signals can show up almost anywhere, which is why chasing symptoms one at a time so rarely works. But when you find the foundation that's asking for help and support it, the downstream stuff begins to settle on its own. I’ve watched it happen with hundreds of clients, and it never stops feeling like a small miracle. (It isn’t one. It’s simply how bodies work when they finally get what they’ve been asking for.)
Every woman’s foundational needs are different at any given time, which is why your education shouldn’t start with generic advice. It should start with you.
That’s why the first step is a complete, practitioner-grade assessment — the very same in-depth intake I used for years with my private clients — and you can do it from home, at your own pace, with a cup of tea. Your results get organized into one clear graph to help you understand which foundations are carrying the heaviest load. So instead of wondering where to begin, you can see it.
Women have told me that seeing their graph has been the first time their symptoms have made sense on paper. Their whole picture, laid out in front of them. And from that moment on, this stops being general wellness information and becomes more personalized education: your digestion, your blood sugar, your cycle, your patterns. That’s where knowledge starts turning into confidence.
The weekly letter. One idea a week, written the way I’d share it with a friend over coffee — something you can use the same day. That’s the whole promise.
Byrch. And if hair is where your body has been posting its signals: Byrch is my clean scalp and hair wellness line. Inside-out and outside-in, working together.
